Mediterranean salsa (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian)

A salsa with a Mediterranean flair to serve with any soup, stew, pasta bowl, rice dish, breakfast eggs, taco, tostada salad, or, of course, chips.

  • fresh tomatoes, diced
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  • fresh basil leaves, minced
  • fresh parsley, minced
  • dried oregano or fresh oregano leaves, minced
  • green olives, thinly sliced
  • jalapeño chile or other fresh chile, minced
  • garlic clove, minced
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mix together all of the ingredients and serve!
